Section 1 General Provisions
ac65 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") operates an online gaming service for players in Bangladesh. The terms and conditions ("Terms") set out in this document apply to the platform's website, applications, and all related services.
These Terms apply only to users who use ac65 voluntarily, with full legal capacity, and in compliance with the applicable laws of their country. It is each user's responsibility to read these Terms in full before accessing or registering on the platform.
In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy are also considered equally in effect.
Section 2 Eligibility & Registration
To open an account and use the services at ac65, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
- You must register with accurate, correct, and up-to-date information.
- Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be closed.
- Registration or use from any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited is not permitted.
- You must operate the account in your own name; playing on behalf of others or using another person's funds is not allowed.
If any information provided at registration changes, you must notify our support team immediately.
Section 3 Account Management
The security of your ac65 account is entirely your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below for safe account management:
3.1 Login Credentials Security
Do not share your username or password with anyone. Log out immediately after using an unfamiliar device, and use a strong password. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team right away.
3.2 Account Verification
ac65 may at any time request government-issued identification (National ID or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used, for identity verification purposes. Failure to provide these documents within the specified time may result in the account being temporarily restricted.
3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Selling, transferring, or allowing any third party to use an account in any way is strictly prohibited.
Section 4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ac65 are carried out through secure, encrypted channels. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks).
4.1 Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method).
- Only deposits from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name are accepted.
- Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited, and such funds may be confiscated.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Large withdrawal amounts may be temporarily held if account verification has not been completed.
- Winnings earned from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met (see Section 5 for details).
Section 5 Bonuses & Promotions
Bonus offers at ac65 are granted at the platform's discretion and are subject to specific conditions.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳14,000 adds the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total of ৳22,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for a bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
- If misuse of bonus benefits is detected (multiple accounts, false information, combining with others), the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
- ac65 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Section 6 Gaming Rules
All games on ac65 are operated using a fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting to play.
- Once a round has started, it cannot be cancelled.
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the relevant round may be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
- If a software error causes an incorrect result to be displayed in any game, we reserve the right to void that payout.
- For sports betting, we use trusted data sources to determine results.
Section 7 Prohibited Activities
The activities listed below are completely prohibited on ac65. Violation of these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Any attempt at fraud, bonus abuse, or manipulation of the system.
- Organised betting against the platform ("syndicates") and match fixing.
- Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
- Attempting to play using automated bots, scripts, or any other software.
- Providing false identity or documents.
- Harassing or attempting to harm other users of the platform.
Section 8 Limitation of Liability
ac65 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted availability of its gaming services. However, we are not liable in the following circumstances:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or issues with your device.
- Force majeure events: natural disasters, government directives, cyberattacks, and similar.
- Technical issues with third-party payment providers.
- Loss arising from user negligence or intentional error.
The platform's total liability in any circumstance will be limited to the value of the transaction in question.
Section 9 Privacy & Data Protection
ac65 places the highest importance on the protection of your personal information. We keep all data secure using SSL encryption. Full details on how your information is collected, used, and stored can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Information provided at registration will be used only for service delivery, identity verification, and compliance with applicable laws. Your data is not sold commercially to third parties.
Section 10 Account Closure & Suspension
10.1 Closure at the User's Request
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets will be settled before closure, and any available balance will be returned.
10.2 Closure or Suspension at the Platform's Initiative
ac65 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of the Terms.
- Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Failure to provide requested verification documents on time.
- Registration by a minor or ineligible person.
Section 11 Responsible Gaming
ac65 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — never an alternative source of income.

- The reference number of the relevant transaction (if available).
If a resolution cannot be reached with the support team, the matter will be escalated to management level. The final decision on all disputes rests with the ac65 management authority.
Section 13 Changes to Terms
ac65 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. When changes are made:
- The updated Terms will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date at the top will be changed.
- For significant changes, we will attempt to send a notification to your registered email address.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the new Terms.
